These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by BGLawnPros (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By scheduling or receiving services, the customer (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

BGLawnPros provides lawn care and related outdoor maintenance services, including but not limited to mowing, trimming, edging, mulch, seasonal cleanups, and other agreed-upon services.

Specific services will be outlined in a quote, estimate, invoice, or written service agreement.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

If payment is not received within ten (10) calendar days from the invoice date:

A $25 late fee will be added to the outstanding balance.

If payment remains unpaid after thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date:

An additional late fee of 10% of the outstanding balance will be applied.
Services may be suspended until the balance is paid in full.
The account may be referred to collections or legal action.
The Client agrees to be responsible for any reasonable collection costs, court costs, and attorney’s fees as permitted under Tennessee law.

Late fees will be added to the outstanding balance and must be paid before service resumes.

The Company reserves the right to require a valid payment method on file for recurring services.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All quotes and estimates are based on visible property conditions at the time of inspection. Pricing may be adjusted if:

Property size differs from provided information
Excessive overgrowth is present
Debris, pet waste, or obstacles must be cleared
Additional services are requested

Clients will be notified of material pricing changes when reasonably possible.

4. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for:

Providing clear access to service areas
Removing toys, furniture, hoses, debris, and other obstacles
Securing pets during scheduled service times

BGLawnPros is not responsible for damage to items left in service areas.

5. Weather and Scheduling

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule service promptly.

6. Insurance and Liability

BGLawnPros is fully insured for general liability.

While we take every precaution to prevent damage, the Company is not responsible for:

Pre-existing property damage
Damage caused by hidden, unmarked, or underground hazards (including but not limited to irrigation systems, invisible fences, wiring, or landscaping materials)
Normal lawn stress due to weather, drought, pests, or soil conditions

Any claims for property damage must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of service completion.

7. Satisfaction and Service Concerns

If you are dissatisfied with a service, you must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate concerns.

8. Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a service. Failure to provide proper notice may result in a cancellation fee.

9. Right to Refuse Service

BGLawnPros reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service due to:

Unsafe working conditions
Aggressive animals
Threatening or inappropriate behavior
Nonpayment of outstanding balances

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee.

11. Agreement

By scheduling or accepting services from BGLawnPros, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
